About NEC Fast

Travel agency activities in East London.

Who we are

What we are licensed for, and what we are not

NEC Fast Ltd is registered in England and Wales for travel agency activities (SIC 79110), at First Floor Broadway Chambers, 534-536 High Street North, London E12 6QN.

Flights. Under the Civil Aviation (Air Travel Organisers’ Licensing) Regulations, a business that sells flights or flight-inclusive packages to UK consumers must hold an Air Travel Organiser’s Licence (ATOL) issued by the Civil Aviation Authority. Doing so without one is a criminal offence, not a formality. Nothing on this website states or implies that NEC Fast Ltd holds an ATOL, and you should not assume that it does. No flight or flight-inclusive package is advertised anywhere on this site. If your enquiry involves a flight, ask us about it directly before you commit to anything, and check the CAA’s own ATOL holder search rather than taking any travel business’s word for it — including ours.

Packages. The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 apply when two or more different types of travel service are combined for the same trip. The organiser of a package is responsible for the whole of it and must provide insolvency protection so that travellers are refunded, and repatriated where necessary, if the organiser fails. Whether a given arrangement is a package, and whether we are acting as your agent or as the organiser, changes who carries that responsibility. We set out which it is in writing before any payment is taken.

No memberships, no accreditations. This website claims no ATOL, no ABTA membership, no IATA accreditation, no bonding, no trust arrangement, no insurance and no trade association membership of any kind. If any of those are in place, ask and we will give you the number so that you can verify it at source.

What travellers remain responsible for. Passports, visas, entry permissions, transit rules and health and vaccination requirements are set by governments and change at short notice. They are the traveller’s responsibility, and an airline or border officer will refuse a traveller who does not meet them regardless of what has been paid. We will flag what we are aware of, but we cannot give immigration advice and we do not guarantee entry to any country. We also do not sell or advise on travel insurance, which is a regulated activity — arrange cover separately and read what it excludes.
