Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you use our website and services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website necfastltd.site and any engagement with NEC Fast Ltd. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
This website is operated by NEC Fast Ltd, registered in England & Wales, with its address at First Floor Broadway Chambers, 534-536 High Street North, London, England, E12 6QN, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] or +48 794 779 411.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it. All content is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. Information provided
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice. Any proposal or quotation is subject to a written agreement.
3a. Flights and the ATOL requirement
A business that sells flights, or packages that include a flight, to consumers in the United Kingdom must hold an Air Travel Organiser’s Licence (ATOL) granted by the Civil Aviation Authority under the Civil Aviation (Air Travel Organisers’ Licensing) Regulations. Selling such arrangements without a licence is a criminal offence. Nothing on this website states or implies that we hold an ATOL and you must not assume that we do. No flight and no flight-inclusive package is offered or advertised on this website. If you wish to discuss any arrangement involving a flight, ask us directly before committing to anything, and verify the position against the Civil Aviation Authority’s own public list of ATOL holders rather than relying on this website or on anything we tell you.
3b. Packages, linked arrangements and insolvency protection
The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 apply where two or more different types of travel service are combined for the purpose of the same trip. The organiser of a package is responsible for the performance of the whole package and must hold insolvency protection sufficient to refund travellers and, where carriage is included, to repatriate them if the organiser fails. Whether a particular arrangement is a package, a linked travel arrangement or a single travel service, and whether we act as your agent in arranging it with a supplier or as the organiser of it, determines who carries those obligations. We will state in writing, before any payment is taken, which capacity we are acting in, who the supplier or organiser is and what insolvency protection applies to that arrangement. If you have not been given that in writing, do not pay. Where we act as agent, your contract for the travel service is with the supplier and is subject to the supplier’s own booking conditions, which we will provide to you in full. We claim no ATOL, no ABTA or other trade association membership, no IATA accreditation, no bond, no trust arrangement, no insurance and no accreditation of any kind on this website.
3c. Passports, visas, entry and health requirements
Passport validity, visas, transit permissions, entry requirements and health and vaccination requirements are set by governments and by carriers, apply to each traveller individually, and can change without notice. Meeting them is the traveller’s own responsibility. A carrier or a border authority may refuse travel or entry to any traveller who does not meet them, and no refund of anything paid follows from that refusal. We are not immigration advisers, we do not give immigration advice, and we give no assurance that any traveller will be permitted to board, to transit or to enter any country. Check the current requirements with the relevant government and with the carrier before booking and again before travelling. Travellers are responsible for arriving in time for check-in and for complying with carrier and supplier conditions.
3d. Insurance, money and third-party suppliers
We do not sell, arrange, introduce or advise on travel insurance or on any other insurance or financial product. Arranging or advising on insurance is a regulated activity, and we are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Arrange your own travel insurance separately, before you travel, and read what it covers and excludes — particularly for cancellation, medical costs and supplier failure. We do not provide currency exchange. Travel services are delivered by independent third-party suppliers — accommodation providers, transport operators and others — who hold their own licences, permissions and insurance and who are responsible for the service they provide and for the safety of their own operations. Prices and availability quoted are subject to confirmation by the supplier until booked and are not held by an enquiry. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or advice about your particular circumstances.
4. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
