Accommodation Booking
Hotels, apartments and other accommodation booked with the supplier on the supplier’s own terms, which we give you in full before you pay. We tell you in writing whether we are booking as your agent or as principal.
Accommodation, transfers and ground transport, rail and coach, group travel, corporate travel, and itinerary planning.

Airport and port transfers, private hire and coach arrangements with third-party transport operators. The operator is responsible for carrying you, holds its own licensing and insurance, and we do not operate vehicles ourselves.
Rail and coach bookings made with the carrier on the carrier’s conditions of carriage. Rail and coach travel sold on its own is not a flight-inclusive arrangement and is not covered by an ATOL.
Coordination for groups travelling together — accommodation, transport and timings handled as one arrangement. Where a group arrangement amounts to a package in law, the insolvency protection requirements apply and we will say so before taking any money.
Travel arranged against a company’s own travel policy, with the booking record and supplier terms sent to the person who has to account for the spend. Business travel can fall outside some consumer protections, which we set out.
Research and planning for a trip — routes, timings, where the gaps are and what each element would cost. Planning advice only; any booking that follows is arranged and described separately.
Deliberately absent. Selling flights or flight-inclusive packages in the UK requires an ATOL from the Civil Aviation Authority, and doing it without one is a criminal offence. We do not claim an ATOL on this website, so we do not advertise flights on it either. Ask us directly about any flight enquiry.
